MANAGEMENT 

Terry Posner – President/CEO 

Louise Fair – General Operations Manager / Interior ManagerBachelor of Arts in Design; 25 years sales and management experience; 8 years with Plantscapes Inc; currently working on a degree in Horticulture; accredited Certified Landscape Technician-Interior by the Professional Landcare Network. 

Kathie Madsen – Total Quality Control Manager 

27 years experience in the “green” industry; 22 years management experience; pesticide application license; Lake Washington Voc-Tech Horticultural Certificate; member Association of Women in Landscaping; member of WALP (Washington Association of Landscape Professionals); has received WALP Design and Maintenance awards; accredited Certified Landscape Technician-Interior by the Professional Landcare Network; King County Chapter Of WALP, 2010 Secretary And Board Member. 

Debbie Bowers – Business Manager34 years of executive experience; 18 years at Plantscapes, Inc; accredited in multiple areas of Human Resources Management, including employee safety, personnel management, and employee benefits 

John Higgen – Landscape Division Manager 

29 years in the “green” industry managing landscape construction and landscape maintenance divisions. 22 years of experience in sales, marketing and estimation of all exterior services. Team Leader of Safety, fleet and equipment programs. Washington State pesticide license OB, OC. OSHA 510 Safety Certified. 

SALES 

Scott Hanna – Sales, Design & Consultant 

Bachelor of Science in Horticulture; 28 years experience in the “green” industry; worked extensively with tropical and exterior plants as well as in a radiation/metabolism lab growing plants; owned a landscape business in the mid-west before moving to Seattle in 1986; 11 years with Plantscapes, Inc. 

Debe Skog – Sales & Customer Service 

30 years experience in the “green” industry, Certified Horticulture Technician, 8 years as Supervisor/Customer Service, 6 years as Interior Service Manager, 10 years with Plantscapes, Inc. as a customer service and sales representative. 

Suzanne Vigneron – Exterior Sales, Service & Design 

31 years in landscaping including 13 in customer service, sales, color installation supervision and design. Personal garden design showcased in national magazines. 

Azure Allender Riba – Customer Service and Sale 

12 years in the green industry, including nursery sales and native plant knowledge. 10 years of Holiday Sales, seasonal color supervisor and, Customer Service at Plantscapes, Inc. Formal training in landscape design, pruning and plant identification.

Certified Landscape Technician, candidate (CLT), Washington State Commercial Operators pesticide license , Completed Dale Carnegie Training. Certified in John Deere Sales Advantages, Certified Technician for John Deere Reel Assemblies, along with John Deere Irrigation training and John Deere Golf/Turf Sales. 

Mike Endress – Estimator, Construction and Hardscapes Project Manager 

27 Years in the landscape industry, certified landscape technician in all categories. Credentialed instructor in landscape & irrigation, journeyman pipefitter, 19 years in landscape construction management: ICPI (Interlocking Concrete Paver Institute) Certified; holder of a WA State Pesticide License. 

Matthew Inman – Irrigation & Exterior Customer Service15 years with Los Angeles County Parks & Recreations Department as Exterior Maintenance Lead. 16 additional years working on irrigation and exterior landscaping in the Northwest. 8 years at Plantscapes Inc. 

 Alfonso Enriquez – Senior Maintenance Supervisor  

15 Years In The Green Industry; 10 years with Plantscapes and 3 years as the Sr. Maintenance Supervisor. Certified by Washington Association Of Landscape Professionals (WALP) as a Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) and the holder of a Commercial Applicator’s License, issued by Washington State Dept Of Agriculture. 

Joanie Hackett – Seasonal Color/Holiday Coordinator 

10 years in the “green” industry, AAS degree in Environmental Horticulture, ISA Certified Arborist, WSDA licensed pesticides applicator and WSNLA Certified Professional Horticulturist.
